ATRS Modern Sporter - Nov 30th : New video, Post 482

Fastest we've seen is 3 days, longest a month. We generally expect 2-3 weeks.

You guys (You specifically, Shaun) have been awesome about info, updates, etc. The reason I have an SLR really was only a matter of timing; I ordered mine before I knew anything about the ATRS MS, and the NR FRT report already existed. Had I have known that the MS would be progressing as a NR set at the rate that it is, I probably would have waited and picked one up instead. I'm happy with my SLR, but it seems like your customers are going to be getting a nice product.

Any word on the jp scs buffers? I'd love to have the upper lower and scs all shipped at the same time or be able to pick it up the same day. 2 hour drive is nothing to get my set.

We have the JP order, along with some other stuff bought and paid for and sitting at our exporters as we speak ready to ship.
With the US government shut down our export license has been sitting on someones desk only collecting dust the last month. Hopefully now that D.O.S. is back to work it will get the required rubber stamp and our shipment will be shipped to us. Until then we have no option but to wait impatiently.

I feel everyones pain as I too have parts ordered that are in this shipment for personal use, so I can assure you everything that can be done is being done to get it here ASAP.

Awesome thanks for the update. It's so nice to deal with a company that takes the time to answer question and that actually cares about its customers

I'm hoping my handguard is sitting in that order too.

I'm going to try pinpoint a weight for my completed build, now that the uppers are ready for anodizing can you confirm the finished weight? Does the anodizing add any measurable or relevant weight?

I’m just as bored...

I’m 6lbs 1oz (2761g) without upper

Not including optics.

I could shave a lot of weight with a different barrel as well.

Just weighed my build parts, allowing 10oz for the upper I am just sneaking in under 6.5lbs bare. No optics, no mag.

The Faxon 20" Heavy Fluted barrel I went with is 2.063lb according to the scale, in case anyone wants a weight verification on that tube.

Overall this should be a handy rifle, even with the 20" tube.

How far along are you guys on shipping for the first run? I think the very last one in Run One is mine :)

IF you are S/N 223 which is the last 1 from the 1st run it is sitting here awaiting a reply. IF your number is larger than 223 it will be a few months more.
We have several lowers still here awaiting replies to emails sent out letting folks know that theirs is done and has a SS upper to go with it.
