As much as I want to believe this is false, I don’t doubt they’ll try it. They’re crashing and burning and they think they’ll make up by the shallow pr this stunt will gain them on a global scale. Ardern set the stage for this strategy. Trudeau is just looking get on the bandwagon while he still can, then coast into the election. I don’t think this will do the liberals much benefit at the polls, but I think the thought of all the positive media attention is too much for them to pass on right now. They’re hustling to clear the slate before the election. It was just announced that they are pushing out the Norman case (snc lav 2.0) which was supposed to land in August just so they can avoid that political nightmare.

The corruption this government is perpetually exhibiting is abhorrent.
 
Can't wait for the elections to start. Will vote for the first time ever as I never bothered to waste my time before, Conservative Party all the way.
All law abiding firearm owners should also steer away from Bernier's (PPC) party, created to re-direct votes from Conservative party for the benefit of liberals.

For someone who has never voted you sure know alot about politics. lol Thanks for the tip. I served 21 years in the army so you would have the privilege to vote. I am sure you would be the first person to say Canada is a mess without ever casting a vote because you could't be bothered to waste your time.
