Got 3 Transfer Notice today in mail(thanks to Bill), one is purchased from USA site on May 25. I've already got the other two AR(one lower, one bare bone colt)
 
No, there is no patch, PSA sent us the last 15 ATF receivers, you will want to move quickly.

This is my third time ordering from them. They really have the process as simplified and streamlined as anyone could ever ask for.
 
I just got my registration certificate in mail today. I have no clue where the receiver is, hopefully in Canada on it's way. I'm getting excited.
 
Placed my order May 26. Transfer was initiated May 29.
Transferred May 30. Checked the mailbox today, got the certificate!

Thinking about getting an AR10 lower now. Just in case!
 
Looks like we have until the election or after for the possible ban,, can PSA put this lower on the $399 freedom AR you have, and charge the difference between the lowers??

Except when you're buying from IRG. They'll transfer the registration before the firearm has come in on their shipment from the US, just so that when it arrives in Canada they can ship it right away. I've had my registration certificate for a week or two, still waiting on the receiver.
