no its an ar-15 variant, but so long as the fire control group is a standard semi auto setup we should be a able to get it as restricted

id be down for one of these, i had a titan defence 416 clone, it was cool, wasn't super accurate though, if these come in for a reasonable price though id buy one, especially if it will accept real aftermarket 416 handguards, but the handguard in the pics looks pretty good
