I’ve hit out to 200m with a .40S&W out of a 610 revolver. Not consistent but about 1/5 rounds! Definitely need a spotter though.

I can ( or used to!) hit 6/10 rounds at 100yds with a Glock 9mm on a silhouette target but my eyes have taken a huge dive the last 3 years. Doubt I can do better than 2/10 now!

Pretty sure my range doesn’t allow handgun shooting past 50 yards. Shame, I wouldn’t mind trying some longer range stuff.

Any gun can be shot out to 100Y. Its can you shoot 100Y and be accurate? I assumed free hand, and not benched?

I shot a couple of mine out to 50M, few of my fathers at his range at 185Y. ( Free Hand ) I need to make my 8" gong stand a bit wider. Its only 18" wide. Needs more wiggle room.

The iron sights are an issue but the bigger problem are my old eyes. I would say I am good out to 50 yards at the range.

We are lucky in Saskatoon to have a dedicated silhouette range so I often shoot out to 200, I'm good out to 100 with most of my pistols. At 200 once I'm dialled in I hit the the full size Rams maybe 50/50 with my ruger mk2 of all things.

my hats off to you sir......200yards with a 22...wow !

now you got me thinking......................

My friend and I were both able to reliably hit an 8" steel square at 100 yards with our 4.2" 686 in .357. It was actually very easy once we figured out the holdover.

Suarez had us hitting Figure 11s at 100m with our Glocks. Again, a little practice was key.

I have a 10 inch gong. At 100 yards, I can hit it about half the time with my 4 inch barrel revolvers. Maybe 2 out of 5 with a snubby.
