We had a good friend of the shop talk us into making a NR length barrel for his B&T rifle due to the #### state of affairs lately. We are currently planning on a small run of these to help those of you with money invested in these little works of art to get them 'off the books' and into the NR category.

Because of the length needed to make these NR we are selling the barrels complete with a faux suppressor to give the illusion that the barrel is shorter than it really is.

Cost will be $675 + tax for the barrel, shroud and centering cap, labor to change the barrel and test fire, verification to Non-Restricted with the Registry.

Small price for an insurance policy on a pricey rifle....

Nice, any chance you would sell as completed firearms?

We spoke with Wolverine about doing spec guns for them but they feel it is just better to have the customer send the guns here. Fair enough, this is our specialty. And, since the next shipment from B&T in a few months out at best I don't hold out hope the RCM'stapo will leave us alone that long.

If you have any way to source the ‘carbine’ length handguards to go with the long barrel and faux shroud - I think you’d have an absolute winner on your hands

I’d definitely be in

+1. Thx Dlask let us know when you have a beta!

I'd be in for sure! Tagged.

What's the ETA?

Lucky. I missed out on doing that with my HK USC when you folks had NR barrels for them. I suggest everyone with one of these guns do this while you can. Don't lose out like I did.

Cheers

Hmmmmm...... turn my GHM9 into a non restricted rile. That sounds like a pretty good idea. Because of the folding stock, is there a fixed stock available so the barrel could be just long enough for the overall length or does the barrel have to be 18.6" reguadless?

Looking forward to seeing a picture of it completed.

The barrel would have to be 18.5 regardless of the OAL as it's a semi auto and not a rimfire.

What about guys and gals with just non restricted PALs? Any way we could pay the full cost of the firearm plus barrel install and have you guys take care of the classification stuff on your end?

They can't as no carbine model exists. I already asked Herron the same question.

I have a partial pic of mine nonrezzed here: https://postimg.cc/ZWVkZh1Q

I love plinking out in the bush with mine. Somehow takes an already accurate pcc and makes it more so.

I'm wondering about the APC-9 non-res barrel....

LOL what!?!??! Ya I did the very first KGP 9 (and no carbine versions existed either) thru Ian and yet it still got a NR status, PLUS I did the APC9 NR aswell thru him. All of which have since been sold

Sorry to derail Dlask
