Have people been receiving their AR parts ordered from the US (Brownells, etc.) recently, or has the CBSA allowed your parts through since the directions from the RCMP?
Still holding mine from July 13th
CBSA will sent you a letter outlining your options, you have 30 to 60 days to file a review or arrange to have to goods ship back to the States or do nothing than the goods will be consider to be forfeited and send for destruction.Received anything stating such or just tracking number?
I wonder if there is any way to trigger a review or appeal their decision. The evidence should be pretty blatant, uppers and lower prohibited, nothing else in law is.
I want to order the AR PCC Trigger from Timney that's not even for an AR but one of the distributors doesn't want to order it for me because they feel it will get stopped at the border because it has the letters "AR" in it - even though it's not for an AR. I don't blame them for not wanting to order it but this really sucks. Anybody know where I can get one??
Check with IRG if they have it in stock on the US site. I know IRG said they still have no problem getting AR stuff across the border.

My stuff was just returned to brownell after 1 month at the border, it wasnt really clear on the post can tracking but evident on the brownell site and ups tracking
They just grabbed Tandemkross parts for my Browning Buckmark, who knows if I’ll get them.
So has anyone actually received Ar parts From Brownells? I wonder if this is only a port specific issue? Especially if Ar items are Still being brought up still from the irg team.
