We'll See You Tomorrow at the CCFR 'Integrity March' in Ottawa

We are a week away from the 'Integrity March' in Ottawa.

In 1994, firearm owners descended on Parliament Hill to protest the government's targeting of some of its most highly-vetted and responsible citizens.

We marched again in 1998, refusing to be silenced.

Now we find ourselves, in 2020, fighting again. Some have questioned why we are gathering when the government didn't listen in 1994 and 1998. The answer is - because we refuse to be silenced and we will not stop fighting until those who are elected to represent the citizens of Canada start governing instead of ruling and target criminals instead of some of its most highly-vetted citizens.

We will fight in the court of public opinion through education.

We will fight in the courts that make judgement through legal challenges.

We will fight on the campaign trail to elect representatives who are ready to tackle real issues that relate to violent criminal acts and not target law-abiding citizens and their lawfully-obtained personal property.
And we will fight by showing the general public who we are at gatherings like what will be happening in Ottawa a week from today. We are your neighbours, your co-workers and members of your faith community. We are professionals, tradespeople, service workers and public sector employees. We are born here, immigrants and come from all cultural backgrounds.

We are the Canadian Shooting Sports Community.

We will stand together.

Get to Ottawa next Saturday - however you can. We will have representatives there. We hope you stop to say hello and march with us as we march with our community.

See you there.

Could anyone from the Ottawa area (or in the know) let me know where I can park? will it be an issue? Thanks.

go City Hall underground parking at 110 Laurier Ave. Free parking on weekday evenings and whole weekends. Just need to walk 1 block (~500m) to Parliament Hill. See you there!

Thanks a lot mate, I’m coming from Montreal. Cost isn’t an issue, just availability.

World Exchange Plaza (one block south of Parliament Hill) is also an option for weekend parking. I don't know if it is still free on weekends but it is a good alternative to City Hall.

Rideau Centre is also an option but it isn't free (or cheap) on weekends.

I'm parking at City Hall underground parking at 110 Laurier Ave. W. What time are other people going to be at the parking garage?

Thankfully it's been called the integrity March. Now South Park can do a spoof episode. The "Tegridy March"! Then the movement will get traction!

1994 rally had 10k protestors according to the article. Is that right?

That's alot of folks who came out. I figured there would be 2-3 thousand but 10 thousand is alot.

Anywhere close to that number would be amazing for this upcoming march
