My thread adapter just arrived from France. Decided to go with AR threads and picked up this compensator from colonel mustard.

Looks long, my concern is that there will be too much pressure in the small gap between the adapter and the barrel if it's not seated flush with the muzzle. You might want to ensure that there's no gap or potentially get it cut down slightly, just to be on the safe side.

250 rounds through mine today. Zero malfunctions using both the banana and drum mags. Front sight Post was waaaaaay too high. Had to crank that sumbich down about 4 full turns to just get on the target at 100 meters.
Got on steel and zeroed in at 100 then took it out to 300 and made some more minor adjustments.
Satisfied with the sight setup I started putting some consistent rounds down range.
I figured out that holding forward pressure on the bipod helped tighten up the groups and also once the bipod dug it’s own groove into the dirt things tightened up a bit more too .
The rear sight notch is also quite wide compared to the front sight which obviously doesn’t contribute to precision. I was getting around 3 inch groups at 100 once I got it all figured out and was still getting on target at 300 consistently as well. So I’d say don’t expect precision accuracy however it is practically accurate enough to have a good time ringing steel out to 300 or more depending on target size, technique , practice etc.
Overall I’m happy with it and glad I bought it. It’s a fun range blaster , no ragrets lol

That's good to hear, performance totally matching my expectations. So looking forward to get mine..

After looking at my example and comparing it to the fixed stock t-81 I have I’ve noticed a few minor differences between the two other then the most obvious changes for the lmg version
The rear takedown button is a bit different
The sight graduations are different as someone else noted earlier but the sight knobs are thinner and have finer “grooves” cut into them
Also the rear sight top metal bar has a cut in the middle like it’s supposed to be used as a higher sight, the manual says that the rear sight range is 700 meters but you can only adjust to 500 meters
Wonder if that upper notch is for the 700 meters?
Seen the gas block is now numbered to match serial number
Haven’t field stripped it yet to see if there are other changes made
So far I like it :)

I think each position of the rear sight drum has a range for one notch on the left and a different range on the right. Also in the example I looked over there was many parts with matching numbers, I think even lower handguard was numbered

After field stripping it I seen the gas piston and recoil spring assembly are serial numbered too
Quite the job cleaning the packing oil out of this sucker

Going by my experience shooting the LMG yesterday you’re gonna need a damn big target to have any chance of hitting something at 700 meters lol
