LOL, That little Butt plate tab tore my shoulder up!!!
I will figure out a Fix, when I tear the LMG apart for wood refinishing.

I just removed the tab. Easy enough it’s just held by a screw. The plate seems to have decent tension without the tab so will see how it goes!

Order processed September 17... If I can't get in within a week or two max, I'm going to be asking for a refund.

I apologize as this reply turned into a rant, don't like it then thats fine.

I hear you, it's getting ridiculous and I'm moving this week so asked them if they could get it out sooner especially since people with higher order numbers are getting theirs shipped already. They told me they would try and get mine out on thurs, 2 days pass and still nothing. I ordered within 3 hours of them posting it and paid emt the first day as I always had issues using debit visa on their site. It wasn't a small order either, about $2600. A month to ship an instock non restricted is inexcusable no matter how many orders you get, hire temporary help or move employees around for abit to play catch up, maybe allow curbside pickup for the locals. And before people go and say Its not that easy..it actually is I use to work for a gun store and when shipping was busy I would be pulled to go help them catch up, usually after a long weekend but to have multiple months of orders in a day then and not get help is just bad business. Also "getting more help costs money" well yeah but so does being stuck behind/not being able to conduct normal business, how many sales did they loose from not answering the phone or emails in a timely manner? How many orders got canceled because people didn't want to wait any longer? I've always been a fan of TI and try to support them when I can but if they are having this much trouble then maybe sell your shipment in batches, keep the excitement going for all who missed out by saying more coming in a week while you catch up or get other retailers to sell some too to take the pressure of you.

I don't think they lost any sales as it's out of stock on their website.

I'm leaving town for three weeks and had expected it to be here before I left when I first ordered it. I messaged them concerning this but never got a reply.

I fully agree with what you said. The way TI put it i was under the impression that it would be shipped much quicker than it has. Yes, yes ill get it when i get it but..... TI has replied to other posts on this thread but when asked for shipping updates by various people it is bypassed with a response to a random post answering a question. It gives me the we got your money and its coming when it comes feeling. All it takes TI is a simple 1 min post to put numerous peoples anticipation at ease. This process/experience has put me off a bit.

Well the good news is yours will be at the post office for when you get back, my fear is once I move and I get it rerouted I won't be able to sign for it upon delivery (assuming it gets shipped straight there and not rerouted only to get lost..) cause of covid and I won't have a ID with my new address for weeks which would be an issue when I pick it up from the new post office (been an issue in the past).

Well glad people seem to agree, I honestly expected big backlash cause I'm "impatient" lol. But yes they originally said it may take them till the end of the month to get everything out and that was September, now its almost mid October and still nothing. But I fully agree and am not impressed this time.

Dude... why do people expect Walmart or Amazon levels of “customer service” from a small privately owned business? FFS, they probably have 5 people on staff with families and and a life... very much like you.
