A Type 81 LMG in 7.62x51 or 54R with side rail scope mount I'd order that even if I was $20,000 in debt that has to be paid off in a week. Could do SVT style rifle builds off it. I'd prefer 7.62x51 as bullets, brass, reloading components are way easier to come by.

The story again with RPD’s !?
Remember a preorder list...

Short form, RCMP deem them easily converted so no go. AEI has been fighting the lab and resubmitting samples to no avail, and to my last knowledge is still doing so. Many individuals have been refunded at their request as its been several years. Its has become quite doubtful that they will ever be permitted under the current regime of classification.

Wow, I love how judgemental and holier than thou people get here. I don't think it's unreasonable when one spends thousands of dollars on items that are in stock, to expect them to ship within a reasonable amount of time. I get that they had lots of orders but they themselves aid everything would ship by the end of September. That's a few weeks after ordering. It's now coming up on two weeks into October and a month after placing orders for some of us and there's no indication that we are close and no updates from TI. Nobody is expecting Amazon level shipping within a coupe days or Prime level service with our orders arriving in 48 hours but it's been nearly a month with no shipment or update. So I think it's justifiable to be unhappy about that. Maybe TI could give better updates so we understand the delays or even offer to refund the shipping costs for those still waiting as an apology for the long delays etc.

Have you accounted for the the RCMP validation of PALs and EMT transfers? It’s the EMTs that are the major slow down. Credit Cards are fast. “Click clack” approved! EMT requires a password. Extra time... also, TI has to spend the extra time correcting mistakes from those who jizzed their pants while ordering and entered the wrong information. Correcting jizz-pants orders takes time.

I provided all my correct info and paid by cc so there should have been no delay with my order. They are apparently skipping orders with problems while they sort them out. In any case, I'm going to cancel my order at this point. I don't want one that badly and this is taking too long.

So does trying to get the stain out. That ever happen to you before going to the movies or something?? Happened to me once. It was a hell of time trying with wet paper towel!

If you all have problems with the quality of service from Tactical Imports why not request them to cancel your order? Stop complaining on the internet, and show them you are serious by not supporting their business.

That is actually a good call. I had $3900 stashed away in my “secret fund” which I was gonna use for one on the next batch. I had also been eyeing up this really hot dirt bike. After reading this post I must say you are right. Let’s just say my cr250 gets delivered today and I thank you for the push. My cc is almost paid off from this purchase so I will just deal with it but the next run I am out. I’m sure it makes no difference to TI anyways. Happy thanksgiving to all!!

UPDATE
-Replacement wheel and wing nut kits will be available free of charge and upon request to anyone who ordered a drum on/before Sept. 24th 2020. They will be arriving on next shipment due before end of year

-We have updated description of drum magazine to indicate the inner wheel is not cut-out and will be offering subsidized below-cost wheels for $25ea for any new orders moving forward

-We will be going through and responding to all correspondence regarding drum cancellations etc today, we were holding until we had answers first. Those that still want to cancel/refund still can no problem

Hey I didn't see an option to add the wheel for the additional cost on the website before making my order. I added a note in the comments as well, enjoy your turkey and hope for an update on when the next batch of LMGs are coming in. Hope we can all get one before the bulk orders flip them to ####### by the dozen.

It would not surprise me if a lot more type 81 and type 81 LMG will be available. Demand seems unstoppable and speculators are all over the place. Supply and demand. Looks like an easy gamble with the Canadian dollar getting stronger.
