It'd still be worth pulling a bullet and comparing the old brass to the new before fire forming as well as after. Since the virgin unfired case capacity is the one in question and not the fire formed which doesn't account for factory sizing specs, just material thickness inconsistencies.He only shoots virgin brass. He doesn’t need to fill length size anything.
Both fired cases out of the same chamber. Done.
