Banning Employees from wearing Poppies........

I was referring to current US political insanity not Canada political lies and corruption!
Our situation in Canada is normal when you have a bad government but US is going sideways and few a staying calm, collected and focused.
Once you lose your mind, you'll lose the rest fast and in Canada the governent lost its honour and integrity while Canadians are still mostly sane.
Breathe in, breathe out ;)

Mostly sane while electing Trudeau not once, but twice?

If I remember well Liberals received 36% of popular vote while Conservatives received 38% and this is with a bad campaign from Scheer.
Any good campaigner would have won this election (by the way, Trudeau is unfortunately a decent campaigner).

US as TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) and QAnon while Canada lacks TDS (Trudeau Derangement Syndrome).
I don't want to live in a country with idiots like this either agreeing or disagreeing with a politician.

Ford is a Liberal in a Conservative cloak. Ontario is a Police state run by criminals!.....:(

US Insanity? Like egregious OIC? SNC Lavalin corruption? We scandals? Concentration Covid camps?

Ya, we're okay here in our corrupt country, run by a communist......:(

Careful, Most folks can't handle truth...............

I try really hard not to support Jeff Bezos and any other big company globalist. Its tough though as they buy up everything.. lobby governments. They end up with too much power, and leave us with less choice.

I'm ex-military. Third generation. You don't want me to wear my poppy, come and take it off me.

I dare you.

Can't remember the last time I stepped into WF, my sister used to work there. Can't see any reason to go there after this, regardless of whether it's been reversed. How shameful.

The 'far' left calls people who disagree with them 'facists' with abandon, yet doesn't support our military that literally gave their lives to battle and defeat a fascist dictator. The irony.... and stupidity.

There are probably more reasons than the above to avoid Amazon, though the convenience it provides is pretty hard to ignore... however I'd want to see direct connection of Amazon and anti-poppy sentiment before boycotting them entirely... which upon seeing considerable empirical evidence, I would.

the Premier moved immediately to pass legislation if required to make this sort of thing illegal....Whole Foods backed down immediately....TWO things out of this...1) the Premier CARES! 2) Whole Foods is symbolic of the systemic destruction of our Country...young people today (the bulk of whole foods clients) have no respect for Canadian values, tradition and history. Unfortunately our communist broadcasting corp and other MSM feed right along....they are all too happy to see our country molded into...well...something horrible...

No. The Premier saw an opportunity to score points with voters.... politicians are opportunistic weasels, this was an easy win. Even Ottawa jumped on the bandwagon...

Ford didn't need to take an opportunity because he's doing a damn good job. This province hasn't had a better Premier in decades. And in the future if a company wants to ban Poppy's again they should also ban turbins too since they also make a statement. Let's see how that flies.
