You may have panicked over nothing... the front part of a bullet often is smaller than the bore.

How does it shoot?

Spread every where. Show me proof that is normal.

What are you talking about? What is "spread every where" ? The tip of the bullet being loose in the muzzle?

That will vary depending on the bullet ogive and how deep the bullet is seated into the brass...

Show us proof there is something wrong with your new rifle. Your little video certainly is not proof of anything faulty ...

Have you shot it?

The rifle was brands new and scope and mount too. Everything was tork anought 18 pounds top screw and 35 side screw. When i shoot not constency.like i shoot 6 inch up right and.second shoot 10 inch left down

I would suggest taking it to a gunsmith for inspection... but you said in the original post you sent it to epps gunsmith (ontario)

... so wait until you hear from them and please post the results here...

Do let us know what you find out. We are all interested in this. Although it may be a while based of what ive read from others.

Good luck. I hope it works out for you.

If everything checked out (scope, bases, rings, action screws, bedding, crown) I would have asked someone comfortable shooting the larger magnums to see if the groups tightened up before sending it off to a gunsmith. Bullet floating in barrel?? Lets us know what the 'smith has to say.

There is a possibility something went wrong with the hammer forging process and the bore diameter is off. Have you reached our to Weatherby? Their service is top notch. Might be worth bringing it to their attention.

That would say a lot for their quality control department.

Grizz

It's also possible that the bullet ogive starts at the cannelure, common with large bore rifle bullets especially 375 cal. OP should have pulled the bullet and done his demo using the base and not the tip. It's very likely the rifle is fine and the the accuracy problem lies elsewhere...

OP didn't say if he was shooting from bench or whatever. Those heavy cals tend to jump a lot if you don't have a solid grip, too. I bought a Rem 308 and it took a couple boxes to get me under 5-8 MOA consistently  As questioned before, how accurate is OP with other rifles? Vanguards I thought were tested and guaranteed at MOA - while OP may not have been tested.
