Lawyers are great to have but aren't cheap so in order to tighten our budget to reallocate funds where we can, we have cut back on our advertising along with many other things in order to allow Ed to pursue the feds with as much vigour as possible.

Oh, not at all! We just didn't want our location on CGN to shift and have anybody starting up rumors! A CGN sponsoring membership is significantly more expensive than most people realize, and as many have said, we're just reorganizing and trimming the budget right now while we fight the battle, and marketing is an easy place to pull from given that we aren't allowed to market most of our glorious firearms.

Why isn't CGN doing an in kind donation and keeping you accounts as is? This should be the least they do! No offense CGN administrators but dealers like ATR are the reason a lot of us use your site. With out them and us your going backwards fast.

CGN better be taking a hard look at this, after as long as ATRS has been on here, CGN should give them free advertising for the year or while they are fighting in court for basically the existence of CGN...

Certainly understandable as there is only so much money to go around , and the Court challenges are certainly more important long term than advertising is . Maybe other dealers should consider doing the same as firearm ownership in Canada is at a critical point right now . Best of luck , and thank you for your contribution .

Correct. Moving to a different sub forum within CGN, giving up top of the line and a banner that we never got around to doing, has effectively cut our cost to be on CGN by 50%. Which is money I feel better spent on our action. Advertising and communication is VERY important but staying alive and in business trumps advertising every time.
