Sulun Arms SS-211 at Tactical Imports!

Would it still be non restricted if someone cuts off the stock and makes it pistol grip? Would want that pistol grip only.

Thanks

No, It would become prohibited. Any firearm that is modified by sawing or cutting to be less than 26" (660mm) meets the definition of a prohibited firearm.

BUT...... if they made a pistol grip that you could just screw on instead of the stock, It would become Restricted, and you would need to register it as such through a verifier.

But it is already less than 660mm to begin with. And instead of cutting what if you replace the stock with a manufactured pistol grip?? Just like a mares leg it is smaller than 660mm you can put a full stock on and take it off and it doesn’t change the classification

You are correct in saying that a pistol grip specifically manufactured for that shotgun could be installed and the firearm become Restricted. What is NOT legal is "Sawing or cutting" a firearm to be less than 26" (660mm).

Hey TI, can you guys provide a paper copy of the FRT? Something to keep handy in case one has to educate someone on the intricacies of our firearms laws.

And anyone get theirs delivered yet? Dying to see pictures!

Extractors. We looked at ejectors but they added cost and too much force to opening mechanism. Without the leverage and heft of a longer barrel that was a concern

E-JECT-ORS PLEASE

I need me a 12" o/u with ejectors to scratch those call of duty vibes. Ejectors are literally the party trick that would make this tiny little wonder amazing

The big catch here to is that it has to come from the factory this way and cannot be modified from a existing firearm to a overall fixed length of less than 660 mm in order to still qualify as non-restricted.

If memory servers me right, there was a similar looking short barrel OU on the market a few years back, was called the Pale Rider?? It had the Ejectors and was made in Turkey as well, not sure which importer brought it in though, but I don't see them around anymore. May be TI can look into that? Combining their ejector design and your short stock?
