Jokes aside, I'm considering buying a pistol grip mag fed 12ga seriously, 450 is about right, but the prices should go down as they get on the market, so realistically I'll probably buy when they are less than 400.

Look closely at the site. They currently selling the 12.5" tube-fed. The others will be available when they're available.

I just bought an M14, so my shotgun purchase will have to wait a little bit. Maybe about a week

yes, yes, yes. We'll have extra barrels up to 30" in the new year as well. So you can convert your Rem as well.
