Would be great if people would quit supporting China.
If you can’t afford a quality rifle, save until you can.

And buy what exactly? The M10x that can't even shoot steel case and tends to break? Buy from the black market? Spend several thousand for a tavor or one of the not an AR? Options are very low these days.

Glad to help. I'm not a rich man, but i would absolutely throw money at this.
What is the correct pricing for a new, non restricted, never seen in Canada rifle?
$2500 sounds about right.
Try cutting at least a grand off that price, mister moneybags. We're talking China here, not Switzerland.

I want to add, it seems to be an improved version of the Type-03 which already has a STANAG 5.56x45mm version, so in the meanwhile that the 191 gets under production y'all could also look into that one, having multiple offerings would be better for the market.

This guy gets it. More than likely around a $2k price point for sure. Then add another $1k at least to the secondary market as scalpers inevitably do what scalpers do.

Maybe the next decade? The PLA isn't even equipped with these yet.

Not likely in the near future, but if TI shows interest now, we might get first dibs whenever a civilian run is produced.

Any pricing discussion is fruitless; we're likely years out, and pricing will depend on the market and how restrictive the government of the day is.

They look cool, but I still am holding onto my boycot of Chinese good when possible. It's too bad our government banned every rifle based on military ones... oh wait all the Chinese ones are still nr.... fml.

Phffff I would gladly fork out 2k for that rifle if NR. Hell, even 3k.. But I can’t see these getting into the hands of law abiding citizens in the years ahead.
