This is a great opportunity for Wolverine to reach out to all those who had issues before….

I am glad for all those people who had no issues, but customer service is most important when you run into issues, especially when the issue wasn’t caused by the buyer.

I voted never buying because of he fiasco with the MCR. Those early years were rough. Never again.

If mistakes don’t cost you anything, how are you supposed to learn from them? It’s not something you need a poll to figure out. It’s common sense. I get that stuff happens, but how does a business seemingly always come out unscathed?

Everything firearms is so hot right now and retailers have more power than the consumers at times. It looks like a take it or leave it attitude. While that kind of attitude could be the death of a business in a healthy market, that is not the case here. Someone else will run along and snatch up whatever returned rifles they sell as new. There is little incentive to maintain great customer service. It would be more beneficial to them to have passable service to most and terrible service to some, even if they were at fault. Spend your money somewhere else is the best you can do and it won’t change anything. At the end of the day, just like everything else, it will be the business’ value and principle that will make the difference.

Wolverine has been instrumental in some of the OIC court cases and brought in the CZ858. Although, I never owned a CZ-858, it was a great deal and had a great influence in the Canadian marketplace .... both greatly appreciated.

I bought some stuff years ago, but I’m a budget constrained guy and haven’t seen a deal that worked for me in a while. Hopefully, in the future I can make a purchase to support your endeavors again. Thanks.

Had a great time on wolverine days, and while there got talked into a vortex 1-4x and you guys set it up for me while I wandered around. Could’ve stared at your collection on display for hours. Have bought a couple firearms (a Tavor and a gsg Mp-40) since. Great shop to deal with.

Some say this is a tire pump, well comments don't lie I guess, everyone has an open opportunity to leave + or - !
My experiance has been a decent one so far, I have had a rifle on order for over a year and expectations for me have fallen off the table , but it's the US suppliers fault due to supply demands, I had some tentative times lines given but no promises from wolverine.
My positive experience was ordering a rifle from them in Dec 2020, comms were good and even with the Canada post night mares at that time, I received the rifle 10 days later just be for Xmas. (Free shipping to boot).
I will continue to monitor their site for possible purchases.

People should make a distinction between their OIC endeavours and their customer service. I applaud their OIC challenge and any gun owner should!

Let's not muddy the topic with what they're doing to help everyone (including themselves) politically. The thread is about how well they have served their customer base and remember, THEY STARTED the thread.

Inline EMT for your online orders. Your staff are great but it sucks emailing for an EMT order only to hear back days later that the product is now out of stock.

Came here just for the comments, however constructive feedback is on your website…

An in stock only filter would be aces and also better searching filtering, it’s sometimes hard to find something even when you know what you are looking for.

I’ve ordered from Wolverine and found it to be alright, sometimes they are the only vendor with an item I’m looking for in stock.
Usually another vendor has the item at a lower price so the sale will go elsewhere.

I’ve purchased my favourite gun from Wolverine and never had any issues dealing with them, so definitely positive in my book and will likely deal with them again.

Also appreciate the leading efforts in the court challenge.

Sent a question via email and it was answered in a timely manner. This is not the norm for many other vendors and thus I've bought the rifle from Wolverine instead of a couple other places who couldn't be bothered with answering my questions.

Keep doing what you're doing!.

Has Wolverine reached out to anyone on this post for clarification regarding their bad customer service experience?

Nope. Just the comments they posted on here. Basically they offered me a second chance to buy a rifle from them and make them their profit.
They couldn't care less about the time I wasted dealing with them, the time I wasted going to my bank and paying the amount charged on my credit card, the two days my wife made sure she was home incase the rifle got dropped off on the front steps, or the additional time I wasted dealing with them to find out where the rifle was. No offer of compensation for my wasted time.
Unfortunately for them, there are many other gun shops out there that offer excellent service, and those shops will get my business. I haven't looked on the wolverine website since.
I would agree that this poll appears set up to be a pat on their own back, but after seeing how many people received bad service, I don't think it has helped them much.
