Wow, whats the name of your company so I can avoid it? Have you never had a bad day? God knows what his issue was, but what did you accomplish by this? Oh, you taught him a lesson, I see...I'm sure if you had fixed his issue quickly, his attitude most likely would have changed, and maybe he even would have apologized to you.

That's not being a white knight. It's one thing to #### with a bad co-worker, it's another to #### with a customer like that. You're a gleaming P.O.S.

And you really are stupid enough to use the same name on hvactech. Rest assured, if I see your trucks outside of my sites, I will be inquiring how things are going.
 
Morgan was great to me. I had a problem that wasn't really their fault; and it was resolved super quick. Super quick shipping and everything.

And I'm really annoying, so kudos to Morgan.
 
I've never, not once in my life had someone tell me I'm unhinged because of an email. You may want to think about how you word, or write your emails in the future. Evidently, at this time, it's obvious that your a problem customer. One who holds zero respect for the staff of the business. Who can't even take the time to calm himself, to write up a few sentences without insulting or cussing at the staff. You got called out on your horrible attitude and words and can't handle it. Instead of acting like it's their fault, maybe look at the amount of people laughing at this situation and then take a good hard look at your actions. Do a bit of introspective analysis. Improvement and growth start from within.
