Hello All,
I am looking for a consensus regarding the service you have received at Eagle Firearms Ltd. I am asking because after the service so far, as well as having read a significant number of bad reviews, I am starting to get a bad vibe about my order. It's too bad that I did not read all the bad reviews regarding them before I placed my order. What say you.

I have not made up my mind about them yet. Type in a search in Google for Eagle Firearms Ltd. Click on the reviews in Google. Read the reviews. I'm experiencing some of what others have commented on.

Glad to hear you had good service online. Based on some of the reviews on Google, it does not paint a good picture. That and my experience so far, are not encouraging. As I wrote I will reserve judgment, for now.
 
Did you actually check some of the profiles of the people complaining on google reviews? They seem a little suspect. A good example is Andrew with 29 reviews of various companies...you can't honestly believe that guy is nothing less than a complete douchebag .I've never dealt with Eagle, but this seems like an odd post.
 
They ordered in a Leupold scope base for a Zastava M85 for me. Sent to me quicker than I ever expected it. I stop in there as well. Very nice store.
 
No I did not look into each individual that posted a review. I just have concerns, because their phone mailbox is full as others have said, and there was no acknowledgement of an email I sent them. It's been a 10 days since I sent an email with instructions for my order, and nothing has come of it. I will give it more time. Meanwhile, I wanted to
read the experiences of others on here.
 
I've only dealt with them in person. Found the store well stocked with quality goods, and a knowledgeable courteous staff. Been there three or four times. No worries from me.
 
Ordered from them for the first time a few weeks ago. No issues, shipped everything I ordered in a couple days and everything showed up once Canada post got their #### together. Prices seemed pretty reasonable. All in all I’m happy with the transaction and would order from them again.
 
I tried to order from there. Even signed up on their site. Order would not go through and couldn't get payment confirmation. Tried several emails with no answers. Really wanted the product, and couldn't find elsewhere.
Never did get the order processed, and gave up on them. Others take my money easier.
 
Very trustworthy IMHO.

They can be a bit tardy with email replies.

I've ordered from them a half dozen times and all has gone well.

On one order, they couldn't fill the whole order and asked me to wait for their next shipment, which was appx 30 days off. It wasn't a problem for me to wait. They came through with the order a week early.
