Marstar, would you consider bringing in Norinco 97 bullpups?

Would you buy this bullpup from Marstar?

Those so-called slimy red bastards have anti-satellite missiles, 2 ballistics missle submarines that can launch ICBMs with range out to 8000km ( on paper) and a load of disel electric boats......in addition to the ambition to build an aircraft carrier.

Maybe they will just strike the pipeline in Canada to send the US signals, short of shooting the US homeland first as a warning if the US dares to screw with their Taiwan invasion plan.

Good to know how to use a T97.....you might have to fight the first wave of Chinese marine from disguised Chinese commerial freighters at a BC port.

The next gen us attack subs will turn the chicom subs into coral reef features in a matter of minutes. It warms my heart to see some of the major Aircraft manufacturers pulling their work out of china............ i know this first hand.

Nah, they don't have an ocean fleet, their only offensive capability is to ford the Formosa straight into Taiwan and their sunken fleet would be used as a land bridge. The peasant militia is a paper tiger. So how about them Type 97's?

I decided to visit your religious ceremony and to say hi to everyone in here.
That is, including and especialy to Deckard,
spiritual leader of norinco whores
and OberKapitan thread starter (with biased polls attached).

That's quite a thread you have in here.
It reminded me to e-mail my wish list to Santa (at the last minute).
This year I decided to keep it simple.
I want Santa to bring me only 2 things:
1. Beer factory
2. Charlize Theron.

Santa replied immediately with this:

I think it's an automated reply or something, because
it doesn't say if it's a yes, a no or a maybe. Not even "ho ho ho".
Anyway, here's a tip for you:
This picture is a so-called "scratch and sniff" picture.
Those of you with monitors that do not support
the new "scratch'n sniff" multimedia technology,
please feel free to PM Deckard, who, apparently
used one in BF2 and he knows how it smells like.

Oooops, I hear noises on the roof ;)

Wish you all a verrrrry Merry Christmas!

And here I thought he was talkin' 'bout them Lieberals...:D
He was! Communist or Lieberal... what's the difference?

I want Santa to bring me only 2 things:
1. Beer factory
2. Charlize Theron.
Well as long as you prioritized the list correctly. I wouldn't say no to Charlize but woman of the year? Don't think so. Your "scratch 'n sniff" is much nicer! :D

You got my eyes to open when I scrolled down to see the rest of the Christmas tree picture. Wasn't expecting that!

Lector, you don't actually have to torment me. :p

To whomever brings these in, I would like this foldable AUG grip.

http://w ww.leapers.com/pages/new_items/new-products.htm

And picatinny barrel mount.

I think a good way to show our seriousness is to have the list price of these rifles saved up (say $500) as a down deposit. If the rifle cost is forwarded in advance, how can a dealer say no?

Lector, you don't actually have to torment me. :p

I'm sorry I've been bugging you for so long.
But it's also because I like your posts (and threads):)

See, if you gave me a call when you came in Vanc,
as you promised (remember that?),
I could arrange for you to shoot some very nice new guns
that won't be seen on the market, at least for a very long while
(samples, new models, prototypes, special purpose,
test guns, experimentals, one-of-a-kind, whatever).

And after that you could have named your new rap album
"I'm da first on my block with a chinese Glock"
and start threads accordingly:p
(If you don't have a PAL you could shoot under my supervision :runaway: ).

But... you didn't call and now almost all the nice toys are gone,
at least for the moment. Too bad.

My sincere appologies for tormenting you
(I know I've been an arse so many times)

Looks like we are going to get a battalion of 97A carrying port defenders!

On another note, johnone, any chance of the legendary affordable Marstar AR-15? I'm not even sure where that legend began - you are us?

Any chance of it being chambered in 5.8x42mm DBP87 ??

Or atleast a box (20 rounds) of the stuff, I'd spend about 75$ for a box if I could get my hands on it. :D

I like that one too. Better than a Norinco;)

Don't know why he would say you can't post pictures of your gun... your gun? your gun?
It was the seller’s wish to do so.
It’s called conditional sale.
(us, as gunowners, we should know
that conditions are not always written down).

Deckard, me having the inside track on the neat toys
is a huge overstatement. I happened to know some info.
But it doesn’t matter, I am not believed anyway
(for instance, when I said more than a year ago
that Norinco won’t distribute type97 for a while,
when I recently said that nobody can commercially bring it
other than Lever for now, etc, etc).
FYI, Norinco (commercial sales dept)
receives more than 100 calls a week
regarding this rifle, half of them from Canada.
If you didn't figure it out yet,
ANY Canadian distributor and/or importer
would be more than happy to sell 97's.
Nevertheless, your threads have
always made me eat a lot of popcorn:)

I hope to drink a beer with Palinak too. I didn’t hear from him in a while.
He never returns my calls. He only calls when he needs something.
You should have come when you said, I was waiting for you the last fall.
Now I won’t have many “toys” before May/June.
Actually right now I don’t have much interest in what you call toys.
To your disappointment, when I have time, for the purpose of fun,
this $99 thing (very bad quality) is what captivates me right now:
http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=198884

Member 22Short-Improved has A LOT more toys than me.
I think he has about six bullpups or so:eek:
(he is in begging need of a life).
He is also the poster-boy of attention whoring
and he must be in pain and suffering now that he can’t post pics.

And no, I’m not spec ops. I never was.
But the seller of those particular guns wished no pics were taken,
especially the 308 (but you don’t have to worry,
the 308 won’t make it here before 3-4 yrs., if ever).
The guns were not mine and I didn’t make 1 cent.

But, I have to tell you this, so you won't be disapointed
just in case (when and if you go shooting with me)
you believe that it's gonna be like a trip to Disneyland, or somping
I will have to keep your camera in my pocket
(and cell phone and everything that can hold a camera).
Member 22short-Improved had 4 cameras on him
when he first came to see the 88. JFC!!!

But you will probably see soon pics of
some other 88’s brought in Canada.
Thru the grapevine et al I heard Lever brought in very few 88's.
The first batch supposedly were
more than double the price they sell the 97,
and only if you had enough connections and relations
to by-pass the waiting list.
I can guess pics will start to pop out sometime soon
here at the Attention-Whore Central.
But I can’t wait for your threads :D
on the subject and of course, all the gravy on the side
(“it’s a $100 rifle”, “second importer”, “marstar please save us”,
math formulas, “norinco we are begging you”,
price estimates, polls and such).

Yeah, I played in that movie, but didn’t make too much money.
If you give me exclusive distributor rights,
I can become a dealer here and sell computer games.
Everyone wants to be Deckard for a day,
so I can make a lot of green selling this:
http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i74/Dr_Lector/afri_82.jpg
Lat me know when the upgrades are ready.

Keep up the thread starting and putting pressure on the importers.
Long live your noise making!
:)

Happy New Year!

Wow that's a long one. I do believe what you say but I'm not patient. My intention was to illustrate concrete numbers of guns that could be sold. If a business can move 400 at a fair price, they can expect more sales from those shooters who see them at the range. Even though the thread is for Marstar, I've said anyone could supply the need, but the market has said they expect a certain price or they will simply go for the AR staple.

You should have come when you said, I was waiting for you the last fall.

Unfortunately when I say I am busy, I am truly that. Not a spare moment. On an agenda. Completing the list. On task. Anything else falls aside.

I do enjoy the spectacle. But a lot of people agree on the pricing issue, and they are the whose-who of CGN and the RFC. If they are happy with the product, price and service, be assured the word (free advertising) will follow.

Everyone wants to be Deckard for a day,
