Curious, are there plans by B&T to add a replaceable AR style pistol grip to the APC-223? I see the 9mm and 308 have it. I may be in the market for the NR 223 when more stock is available.

Well that was a tease.

Spent 20 mins trying to purchase GHM9-G from my iPad but apparently your website doesn’t like that.

Got to a PC and sold out.

Bummed.

$5901 - $6461 for the 308 (Ab to Que tax).

I mean damn I want one but I can't get close to that

It boggles the mind why dealers/ importers gouge this much. Sourced abroad, these rifles are considerably less.

It also reminds me of when North Sylvia had M+M cancel their importer contract for the m10 when they explained that they could easily sell them for twice what their first importer was going to charge. It's really counter-productive and the opposite of trying to grow the sport. For the longevity of their own business, you would think they would be trying to get as many firearms into peoples hands as quick as possible. Sadly, profit still comes first to some people.

it already has, just the pictures they used are from the older generations, bt literally dont make the unchangeable grips anymore, all of the 223/300 models accept ar grips now

the may ban literally did nothing to ban AsSaUlT wEaPoNs it just made shooting a rich man's sport

Absolutely, and to Hypox!a’s point, what if dealers haven’t been gouging for years, how much bigger would our market be? Would the govt have the public support if our numbers were 3 or 4x larger?

It’s been a rich man’s game for awhile now

I can tell you that the average dealer makes less than a 10% markup on firearms sales. There is no gouging occurring at either the Distributor or Dealer level in Canada. I cannot speak to the manufacturers, however it is only the big names making international sales that are getting rich.

Inflation affects everything, including the sales of guns and ammo/components. I'm afraid that people falling behind in their earning power need to find another means of acquiring wealth, because "stuff" is NOT going to get cheaper, ever. That's a fact - the trajectory is ever upwards, currently over a 5% rate. There is nothing tangible to be gained from ####e-talking those who serve and service the firearms community.

Basically you need to pay to play. Can’t afford B&T or can afford them but don’t want to pay them, then there are so many options out there that much cheaper. Would the same people stand around and complaining why certain car brand names cost so much? I don’t think so. They will buy other cars instead. We don’t need the ability to buy B&T to grow the sport. If you can buy a remington or mossberg you are already growing the sport.

Sorry, but the whole M+M thing is a fine example, and there are probably many more we don’t know about.

I don’t care what anyone says, there is a hidden NR tax in Canada. North Sylvia proved it so
