We have such a different way to look at things than in Europe, where they do just that all the time, taking guns old guns hunting and some of those old guns are so expensive we are talking really expensive, they carry them in the mountains, in the rain and snow and they most often wood stock, high grade wood stock and blue steel!
Africa, talk about expensive guns, double rifles going for 10+k being dragged into the dustiest conditions ever!!
If you take care of your guns there is no reasons to not go hunting with them, unless you are a collector and some of your guns are for investments the I can understand!
Quote at the bottom of “Why not?” Posts, “ Not taking a rifle out hunting because it has lovely wood, fine checkering and well-executed metal work, is like refusing to marry and enjoy life with a gorgeous woman because she will get old and wrinkled.”
Cheers
