To my knowledge,
for your personal restricted firearms, the according ATT should be auto attached to the license soon as your receive the TN. This should be listed on the second license they send you after your first purchase. (standard conditions are attached to this license)

Can someone back me up here? Did the new proposed legislation change transport requirements ?

I went to the range the other day with my restricted and was told by a range officer who works at the CFO that I must have the paperwork with my conditions with me at all times. He said make a photo copy, put one in your case, one in you vehicle, one in your wallet one with your range I’d badge.
Confirmed with an OPP officer and they agreed I should have that paperwork with my conditions (it was attached to your license when mailed to you) at all times with my restricted.
Only way to get a replacement is to REPLACE your RPAL.

i bought my pistol from a store in Ontario on July 29, 2022 and got the transfer notification in my email on Dec 29, 2022. So exactly 5 months.
(sorry in my earlier posts i said it took 6 months, it was wrong. excuse my bad math).
