Transfer times in BC

So seems my Sept purchase isn't that far out of date, I've never had a 5 MONTH transfer before, but I'm new to the province.

My transfer is from RDSC, I don't have a reference number because it's a sale-from-business, is there something I should get from them before I call in, or can they find it based on my RPAL #?
(Just don't want to go through the wait and have them tell me there's no record or something).
