The AR is res by name the fn fal is name prohib it has nothing to do with the way the firearms operate and everything to do with who ever wrote the laws taking a big book of guns and finding the scary ones.

If the US approves Ars for export I don't see why not the Masada, it will have to have to have a fixed stock though
