Boy, the strangest things just show up on your door....
My new Sako TRG 22 from Wolverine Supplies.
My initial feelings are, wow, this is one well made rifle. The stock is probably the most comfortable I've ever shouldered and the trigger is sooo sweet.
Can't wait to try her out.

what length barrel comes on those

26" barrel length.

Congratulations and welcome to the club! You'll enjoy that rifle. What optics are going on it? BTW nice rail!

Thanks Ivo, it's been a long time coming. It will have a Super Sniper SS16x42 mounted, but once I build up my finances again, I'm hoping to mount a Night Force 5.5-22x50 NXS on it.

It's a Sako 1913 picatinny rail adapter. Wolverine includes them in the package.
Personally, I think I'll pick up a Warne rail to replace it. The height kind of concerns me.

Time to head back home this October Pete for some Moose sniping...er' hunting, yeah hunting! :) Sweet rifle pal, starting to get that collection rebuilt again, but I still wouldn't have sold the CQB!:D

Actually Sean, I'm hoping to get home for this years moose hunt. Dad was here for Xmas and we we talking about it, so, even though I'll have to put in for a nonresident license, I think I'll be on da rock either September or October.

Actually, I'm glad I sold the CQB now, otherwise it would have went up with all my other firearms in the house fire. At least someone is getting the joy of using it.

with that rail on it you're going to need a big spacer for the cheek piece. I have the tactical 3 ring mount and need the 1 inch spacer for that.

Yeah that's what I figured. With the height of the rail, plus the scope rings, it's going to be fairly high.
That's my only complaint about this rifle. The cheek piece is adjustable, but no spacers are provided. With a rifle like this, it should be a standard accessory.

Stick to NEAR BASE for your rifle, i have one on my TRG in .338, a lot of member too and NEAR is TOP NOTCH quality plus it's canadian made and service EXCELLENT

Welcome in the CLub Now ENJOY and post target lolll
