When I get this .338 Federal to the range to see what it can do? I've made videos of water jugs vs a .243 and a railroad tie vs a 6.5x55. But now I picked up some 215 grain Sierra bullets and am going to work up a load with them. What would you like to see get shot in the name of science?

Zucchini. Big long ones! You'll want to shoot em end to end to demonstrate the penetration of that big .338. Oooops! I just realized the you are going to use sierra bullets. Better shoot through the skinney side:dancingbanana:

Whatever it is you are shooting, it will be more spectacular if hit with a 170 grain soft point bullet, designed for the 30-30. Load it into something that will make it go toward the 3000 mark.

A bushnell scope mounted to a savage mark II .22 rifle. hit either or......heck take two shots.
