The CDX-X145 anti-material rifle - 14.5x114 mm

The Cadex CDX-X145 is an extreme long-range anti-materiel rifle introduced by Cadex Defence as a new product at SHOT Show 2024. Cadex describes it as part of its most extreme precision-rifle line, chambered in 14.5x114 mm, a very large caliber intended to deliver maximum payload at extended distances. The company places this platform in the same ultra-heavy class as rifles designed for extreme-range shooting and anti-materiel roles, rather than conventional sporting use. Cadex’s broader product description for this family emphasizes performance at very long distances when paired with match-grade ammunition. In practical terms, the CDX-X145 appears aimed at specialized military or defense applications where reach, energy, and precision against equipment or hardened targets matter more than portability. Its unveiling at SHOT Show signaled Cadex’s push further into the extreme long-range segment, expanding beyond its existing large-caliber platforms such as the CDX-50 Tremor and other heavy precision systems.

I'm going to guess it's over 10,000 joules??? (That's sarcasm if anyone is wondering...)

I do wonder if it will eventually be available for civies, you know, when things change...

I do miss my Tremor... It was sweet sweet kit!

Ammo has been basically unobtanium for the last decade. I remember marstar had a bit of soviet surplus when they got some PTRD-41's in.

That being said I do see some of the local defense contractors listing it on their website but no prices there.

Like this its all probably going to Ukraine.
