There's your silver lining, haha. I'd be pissed and stoked at the same time. Not many people have had the excitement of receiving a new handgun in the mail in the last year and a half, but these guys get to! I miss that

To expect quality machining from BCL, is like expecting honesty from a politician!
That looks rough, like they did it on a manual with a HSS endmill going slow as ####, lol.

AS long as the vector reduction swirls are oriented correctly they should soften recoil and help stay on target for double taps....
Looks a bit like a "broom handle" Mauser made during a war effort.
My first thought seeing the foxbat, I thought for a second maybe they had outsourced the slides to Palametto State Armoury, but seeing the tool marks I can rule that out.....

Apparently the ones people have received are very nice with no machining marks. Can anyone confirm this?
Nah, been looking at the ones people have been receiving, and the machining marks are all present to varying degrees, even on the grips. But it's BCL/NEA, people should know what to expect by now, at least it's a Glock frame you can put your own choice of slides on later I suppose, 18 months after handguns were frozen for transfer in Canada. The photos Marstar posted are pretty high resolution, you may not notice those marks as much in person and depending on lighting.
