If your overall length is below 26”. Measure your stock to the end of the receiver and add barrel length.

You Sir are INCORRECT. A muzzle device or fake suppressor DOES COUNT to overall length of the firearm. Obviously if the device is removed then the firearm would now be Restricted but as long as it remains in place the firearm will be N/R. We clarified this with the RCMP lab.

No problems guys. This is one of the most common questions we get because of the short barrels and everyone confusing the United State's SBR laws with ours. Luckily this is one little win we get over the regs. !

From the information I've gathered from the recent post, yes. Please correct if I am wrong, the backpacker 10/22 stock length is ~19" with the Dlask 8" barrel the OAL will be 27".
