Locked out and old email address is on file here

Good day all, I made the unfortunate mistake of not changing my e-mail address with CGN and with the recent mandatory password reset and lock out I am hooped. My old e-mail address was when I was in the military and ended in “@forces.gc.ca” and as I retired over 5 years ago it is a non-starter. What can I do to recover my old account? I sent a message to the admins but I think whatever AI robot is working the desk has sent it to die in limbo. I wouldn’t mind so much but I renewed my CGN membership not to long ago and cannot use those benefits as well as loosing my trader rating and contacts with other members. I can send the admins a picture of my DND75 retirement card if that would help.
 
I am also a bit niffed, I had all this go into spam folder, which is not listed on my phone, and have not been on for awhile as having been running around to Doc. looking after her after a bad fall.
I figured it was because I have not renewed this year after many years because of issues with logging on after the updated that was done.
I just had a new?? email sent tonight , before I have to go out to see here and used same name , but a new PW and just see that I can enter now.
I was to the point where I did not really care anymore.

I’ve tried this but it wants to use the email I registered in 2004. No way of adding email to old account. Had to start a new one. I’d like to use the old one because of my trader rating.
 
Hi CGN mods. You sent the reset password BS to an old email. Now how do i get back my 20 years of 100% rating and get my name back? How do i get in contact with a mod? I tried ADMIN TEAM and you can only follow the admin team.
Its probably a sign.

Didn't they send the email to whatever address you still had listed in your profile as being your current one?
