How does one get rid of the newbie handle on CGN. Do you upgrade and pay to be a member or is it by number of posts?

You need to send to each other member a donation equal to their posting numbers ($1-a-shot).

For the OT, when I click the link it says "This function is disabled by the site. The requested page can not be found". I'm pretty sure I asked for access a while ago, but I cant see OT or do anything to request access

Nobody can. Only those that were grandfathered. Even me, that been a member for years, cannot join it. Not that I want to.
