Swiss Arms SAPR in low rate production

Wonder if it falls apart like the Sig552's?

Doubt it, probably stay together like the 550.
Thats the problem when you work for people who don't properly test guns before they field them, kind of like when the M16 was first adopted by the US army...

:runaway:

I just look up their "K" version - it is not very very K actually - it has a 18" barrel!!

I was expecting 13.5" to be "K".

To the point of damaging brass - I hope it is gentle as that will be an expensive proposition. Does anyone have any info on this. Don't mind dumping the .223's in the trash at the end of the day. But .308's - may as well wipe your arse with 20 dollar bills while your at it.

Just keep hoping that it goes into real production so everyone, not just the Swiss, will be able to buy one. A SIG 542 would be just as nice but no one has seen fit to order any from the FAMAE factory in Chile. This could have put 308 rifles into our hands decades ago.
