I had exact same thing. Now they say TI has to give them authority to release it at the depot.

It is supposed to attempt delivery then go to access point for pickup, not sure why UPS is doing this? Haven't had this problem before

I'm torn between this M3 clone and a nicer beretta.

The M3 clone is interesting and novel. It also comes with the extension and is about as set up as you can get out of the box - a good value.

The two Beretta shotguns you mention are tried and proven. For any serious social work I’d chose one of the Beretta’s.

My 1301, and A300 patrol, are about equal in my eyes, except for the price, and the Mlok that came on my A300, but was absent on my more expense 1301. Don’t rule out the Benelli M2 Speed either - one of my favorites.

Or you could do what I did and buy all four, plus a bunch more.

I do love shotguns, my property is mostly heavily wooded - my longest shot on anything might be 50 yards.

I have both a 1301 Tactical and an A300. Both are done up versions by S&J and are incredible guns! Alas, they are very much a different beast. A more apt comparison might actually be along the lines of the Benelli M2 or M4 guns. understandably its easy to make that comparison as it is a clone of the M3 with an M4 receiver. I also have an M4 and i would put it at about 80%+ of the fit and finish level of said M4.

Shooting soon... as this weekend was damn cold here! I should have further details on the function. Going to run it against the 1301, M4, FS-Pro and 940 Pro. Should be interesting!

What I don’t understand about it - when I have the pump engaged (pump mode), and the action open, should it not close the action when I hit the ‘carrier release’? Mine seems like it wants to, but requires some forward pressure on the pump to actually close.

If it's like mine the pump forearm drags on the receiver, needs some filing or Dremel work.

We haven't tested other rails, but if you have a few lying around it wouldn't hurt to check and see if they fit

Non-restricted: always a good thing. But mag capacity? Since this is a hybrid: semi-auto and pump, are we allowed to legally pimp this gun to maybe at least 10 rds?

How very curious. So it's a M4 receiver with "M3-like" furniture? In semi-auto it inertia operated like the M2/M3, and there's the pump mode instead of a bolt-mounted charging handle. I do wonder how the RCMP will view this Frankenstein long-term. Very cool and nicely done TI.

Correct we took an M4 receiver and built out an M3 on it. It could still be reverted back to an M4. But has the same looks, function and operating system as M3
