What handgun to buy next?


I've been looking for a new handgun (like I need another) and these are the finalists.


Owned a Sig P220 and it was a very nice handgun and fit my hand perfectly. Sold it too my brother.

G20 never ever shot a 10 MM but would like something different.

G22 owned one, shot it well and liked it but traded it off in a moment of weakness.

G26/27 no explanation needed.


All these will be range fireams and used for just basic plinking.

I like the Glock in 10mm but is exoensive to shoot. So I vote for the glock 22 Amo is relitively cheap so you don't break the bank if you like to shoot. I own one, it is my favorite gun next to the STI.

i'd go with the sig. i'm sure glocks are great, and i'll eventually buy one to round out my future collection, but they look like the least-imaginative person in the world designed them. i agree with you about revolvers too, they just don't hold any interest for me.

If you buy a Glock you'll grow a ######. You heard it here first.

I'm going to chime in after Ian and say Sig P229. Obviously you have to take yourself to the shop and try it in your hand first, as the grips are a bit different from the 220.
