The Crypto is a Canadian copium gimped garbage rod, along with every other Canadian made semi auto besides the ATRS Modern Sporter
If needed a semi auto "fix" id rather buy the cheapest, beat up Browning BAR i could find and it would still function better and be more reliable than the Crypto or Canadian made throwaway junk

You people know that it has to meet c21 requirements lol that's why it's been at rcmp gun lab for over a year.
It will not take standard mags lol they are using the US description. Also the rifle pictured is the restricted model with a 16" barrel not the NR 18.6". There are FRTs for both.

The ads state STANAG magazines with no mention of a specific redesign for the Canadian market. Stop spreading bullsh#t rumours. Everyone knows that the Canadian NR version will have an 18.6" Barrel. No mystery there. I fail to see why the arrival will be met with disappointment if the rifle ships as advertised.....

Thanks for the kind words. My soon to be wife is a PAL holder as well so makes getting married even sweeter. I am not a spring chicken so nice to have someone who can assume my firearms upon my demise instead of the horse police coming to confiscate (which they may anyway)

Disagree strongly. The Crypto receiver was a really solid design IMO, even if it was a bit purple for my taste. Would I have bought a Crypto rifle? No. But assembling your own with quality parts, it was definitely neither "copium" nor "throwaway junk".
That all being said, you're right to say the fully -assembled Cryptos Crusader slapped together do deserve your "gimped garbage rod" description.
