I thought I started a thread on this topic but maybe I asked in another thread .
My apologies if I did .
I need a holster and belt for my Sig P320 Full Frame iron sights . I think it needs to be friction fit for the pistol
Please let me know what will work and where to purchase
Thank You

?

Sig 320's can't be used for IDPA shoots.

From the 2026.2 Equipment Appendices:

A.8 Disallowed Firearms
A.8.1 Sig Sauer P320 in all models and variants

Otherwise buy a Blade Tech from Double Tap Sports or others

WOW ! Lots of rules !
I have a lot to learn !
When I did my first match there was a fella using a Ruger 10/22
So when you sign in for a match and the type of firearm you use does that affect your scoring ?
Likely just a club shoot.

Welcome to competition shooting, there is more then slapping a pistol on a belt and running around going pew pew. Part of competing is knowing the rules. You will get people that will try and challenge you because they feel you broke the rules. There are some that make BS challenges, so you waste ammo.

There are different divisions you can shoot, then not sure if IDPA, has power factor like they do in IPSC. That can effect scoring. Like B for minor is less than a B in major division.

Yes it does.

8.3.4 Ammunition minimum power factors:
8.3.4.1 SSP, ESP, CO 125
8.3.4.2 CDP 165
8.3.4.3 Stock REV, CCP, BUG 105
8.3.4.4 Enhanced REV 155
8.3.4.5 PCC 135
8.3.4.6 Calculate the power factor by multiplying the bullet weight in grains by the bullet velocity in feet per second (fps), divide by 1000, and ignore numbers to the right of the decimal. For example, a 230.1 grain bullet at 794.7 fps: 230.1 x 794.7 / 1000 = 182.86047, or 182 power factor.

BC clubs in the lower mainland are allowing 320’s and .22 rifles at “ local” matches simply for participation numbers. We have a bunch of shooters out here whose ONLY platform is the P320, so we allow them to shoot. If IDPA has a problem with that, these clubs will simply stop being a part of IDPA and run our own shoots 🤷‍♂️
Chilliwack has already left the IDPA family and now run our own Dynamic Pistol events.
We also allow the Shadow 2 to be used in competition. At Chilliwack, we simply got sick of sending money to IDPA for absolutely nothing, can’t even get a return call from the IPOC. If the P320 is good enough for IPSC then we should be able to use them also, so we made the choice to run our own program. Mission is currently under the IDPA banner, but will allow pistols not approved by IDPA for local events only

Edgy is the Shadow 2 not normally allowed IDPA ?
I thought the Shadow 2 was mainly a competition gun maybe just not for IDPA ?
As mentioned I don’t think the rest of my pistol inventory would be allowed either ?

I believe it’s 2 ounces too heavy for the IDPA rule book if I’m not mistaken? I always thought CZ slightly missed the mark on that one.We have allowed folks to use the Shadow 2 since just after the handgun freeze if they had no option. We have always been a competitive but friendly group that are willing to make exceptions when necessary 🤷‍♂️
PS- the Shadow 2 is a very popular gun in IPSC
