1. Retail Sales Associate (Calgary Location)
- Job Type: FT/PT
- Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical consultation on firearms, optics, ammunition, and tactical equipment; assist in meeting store sales targets; maintain premium store merchandising.
- Requirements: Valid Canadian Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) is MANDATORY (applications without a PAL will not be considered). Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for shooting sports or hunting.

2. Shipping Associate (Calgary Location)
- Job Type: FT/PT
- Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick, verify, pack, and ship firearms, ammunition, and outdoor gear; prepare shipping labels; ensure strict compliance with federal dangerous goods and firearm transport regulations.
- Requirements: Valid Canadian PAL is MANDATORY. Must be physically capable of frequent heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs, e.g., bulk ammunition cases) and possess high attention to detail.

3. Customer Service Representative (Calgary Location)
- Job Type: FT/PT
- Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional omnichannel support (phone and email) to our nationwide customer base; resolve order inquiries, tracking discrepancies, and product questions efficiently.
- Requirements: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities and tech-savviness.
- Assets: Holding a valid PAL or being Bilingual (French/English) is highly preferred but not mandatory.

4. Warehouse Clerk (Calgary Location)
- Job Type: FT/PT
- Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound logistics, including unloading bulk freight and pallets; safely stock and organize heavy inventory (firearms, ammunition, and gear) in designated secure warehouse zones.
- Requirements: Valid Canadian PAL is MANDATORY. Excellent physical fitness (frequent lifting of 50–70 lbs required) and a strong commitment to warehouse safety protocols.
