I'm retired now so pretty much just into the hunting stuff now.

Ya, me too (retired? I guess so... I called it quits after 8 years. Been a happy civy for over 13 years now).
Hunting, plinking and a few handguns round out my safe.
An AR platform would be fun, but I've got too many toys on the wish list to commit that kind of coin on one firearm.

what the range like there? What is the max range you can shoot.

Whats the Eganville range like? Where is it located. I have a trailer on Mink lake. Have you used the Beachburg range?

When I was posted to pet(3RCR woot woot) I joined up at POSC, I liked it there, not once did a person show up when I was shooting so if you like privacy, it's the place.
