Just add a little more and get yourself a P226 or a USP.i went in store today to handle the guns i was considering. i crossed the sig sp2022, s&w m&p off my list. i am now trying to decide between the glock 17 and the baby eagle 9mm. i really like the feel of both guns. i would appreciate any input.
Thanks!
By basic do you means "easy to use" or "cheap"? If it's the former, Glock and Baby Eagle aren't any more basic than Sig and HK. If you are concerned about price, you can get a brand new P226 from Questar for $900, which is about what you would pay for a Baby Eagle. When it comes to cars and guns (and other mechanical things), Germans really do it best.i am pretty new to semi auto pistols. i wanted to keep things basic which is why i was leaning towards the g17 and baby eagle.
No, the P226 is a totally different pistol and is a lot more ergonomic in my opinion. All semi-auto pistols are pretty easy to use. Believe me, unless you are mentally and/or physically disabled, you would not have any trouble, as long as you follow all the safety rules.i mean easy to use, a basic shooter. i don't want anything cheap. the guy at the store had recommended the glock 17(which i already wanted), and the baby eagle. i did also take a look at the sig sp2022 and didn't really like it, is the p226 pretty similar minus the polymer on the 2022?

i understand not liking the baby eagle but calling it a pos, isn't that a little extreme? elaborate on that?
Hmmmmm, like Ferrari, Maserati & Lambourghini?
BTW, Baby Eagles are manufactured by Tanfoglio![]()
