New shotguns, MAG-FED and SHORTIES - NEW PICS

Like I posted..this should be sorted out. If my shotgun arrives soon then it's all water under the bridge although the poor communication definately made me cautious about further purchases.

Disclaimer: I have known Can-am personally for about 12+ years

I have been to his shop several times over the last while and they are crazy busy so it's possible that a mistake can be made. He has always corrected any mistake that involved me. I can understand your caution as you don't know him well, but he is a stand up guy and deals fairly, hopes this helps easy your mind.

Early feedback on my CanadaAmmo order experience... Ordered a 12.5" Grizzly w/ ghost ring 6 days ago. I received a "processed my order successfully" email today from Mark. That's quicker than I was lead to believe it might happen.

No tracking number yet. So I won't count my shotguns before they're racked. But, so far, I'm happy with the pre- and post-purchase emails and one phone interaction I've had with those guys.

A bit of visible progress and regular communication (even if it's bad news) goes a long way in my book.

Thanks Colin but I'm not doubting or questioning his integrity or honesty.
This is simply an issue of poor communication. Nothing more..nothing less.
I'm going to leave it at that.
I received the RCMP "we know you bought a gun" letter yesterday in the mail so things are happening now.

I had my RCMP letter a couple weeks ago. That was really fast, it came a few days after the purchase. I ain't worried, when it shows up it will be all the more fun.

Keep up the good work CanAm.

Grizz is a manual operated gun, the 5 round limit does not apply.

The 20rd drum shown on page #145 of this thread was designed for the Saiga-12, so it would apply. Aqquiring one and modifying to fit a Grizzly would not change that.

A higher-capacity Griz magazine would have to be specifically built for the Grizz and only the Griz. I would think the 7615 fiasco would be proof of that.
