Great pics and info. I tend to prefer larger calibers, but a guy can't really argue with a detailed post like that on game the size you're talking about. I really would not have foreseen that kind of organ damage!
 
We gave the yote, whole, to a local trapper in the area. Didn't think to ask for the bullet, but we should have....:confused:

I thought Bartell might have enjoyed digging through coyote mush to find it.;)

It's not often you get to recover an X bullet from game.
 
I know they work. TSX's are the only bullets I load for my big game hunting in several calibers from 243 Win up to 338 Win Mag. I don't own a 22 caliber firearm but have been looking at a Model 7615 Camo Hunter Rem Pump and thought these would make a nice load and wanted to know the velocity so I could run the numbers through my ballistics calculator.
 
very impressive Todd thanks alot for this thread finally the real answer to "22-250, 233 for deer?" threads we see on a daily basis.......

I vote to make this a sticky I think it would be great to have a thread full of shots like these so we can see how different bullets perform on game.
