9mm carbine

I was recently checking out the same thing. I believe Ruger makes a semi-auto carbine in 9mm that is restricted called the "PC9" and Marlin makes a "Camp Carbine" in 9mm as well with 16.5 barrel, both restricted, expensive and hard to find in Canada. BTW did I mention expensive!!! ;) I have never owned either and not sure if my info. is 100% correct.

A Puma lever is looking more and more appealing...

Mad Mikey.:)

I would like a semi auto carbine in 9mm or 45acp, unrestricted and under $450
there just isnt one that I have seen
I think the closest would be a rossi 38/357 and just shoot 38 in it

Does anyone make a reasonably priced lever action, pump or semi-auto 9mm carbine?

Beretta CX4 Storm.. and 'reasonably priced' i leave to your judgement.

Not to mention (IMHO) F U G L Y !

Pity the Ruger Deerfield is out of production. (.44 Mag. though.)

One advantage to a lever action is no restriction on the magazine capacity. Even if you found a PC9 you'd still have to use a pinned mag. Only a concern if firepower was a factor.

There are some nice reproductions of the old Colt Lightning rifle, although they're not cheap (esp. the one from USFA ) Very classy and handsome however.

x2 on the stock kudo to jbunny. Nice.

You can and is legal to do so use ten rnd pistol mags in the pc9:)

There is a Ruger, no longer produced, called the PCR9. I saw one on the EE not long ago and it was classed as non-restricted.
