Looks like the same bull shown in the new Ontario Out of Doors mag. Says in the article it was shot in Thunder Bay and even after drying time will likely be new Ontario record. He's BIG!

Friend of mine shot a 60" from Hornepane a few yrs ago, was some kind of record for the year or something.
I shot a 60" in Central Ont many yrs ago.
Big animals but nothing like Alaskan.

NICE MOOSE!!

(Ontario does have some of the biggest moose in the world.) I think it's the eastern breed. Alaskans are huge, as well as the ruskys.

The moose is question was shot I believe on Thursday by FH, the brother of a good friend of mine. It unofficially measured 64.5 inches. I believe a story will be run in tomorrows CJ. Check out the overall size of this brute!
