Had a day off and went to the gunshop to get my Carbine fixed. (broken firing pin)

Left with one of those new collapsible for my 551LB.

Can't wait to give it a try on the range tomorrow

It is my rifle, but issued to me by the Swiss Army.

I just store it for the Army, it's not yet my property becauce I haven't finished my required time yet.

The carbine is better anyway.

Roger that, having used both, I trust that the collapsible stock is on "your" carbine, and the one in the pic is the gov issued? what's LOP like? or the for that matter the difference in LOP. Is that a fair question?

The carbine is my private gun.

The new stock is about 5cm shorter then the original one.

My first (and only) Swiss Arms... just picked it up today!!!

I tried it with a Burris Fastfire, but the irons really prevent a good sight picture. You can't co-witness. The EOTech looks a little clumsy on top, but we'll see after I take it to the range!
