Russian SKS45 long thread.

no you said they can't ship a rifle that they don't have but what iam saying is that they do have the rifle in stock but it takes forever for them ship to you.

Wow... your stock is in such nice condition. Arctic Birch too. I am jealous. Looks unissued.

Yeah I thought the stock was pretty good for a 55 yr old rifle. It does have a few dings and scratches that don't show up in the pics. I don't know how to determine if it is unissued or not, but none of the parts show signs of wear, and everything was pretty clean when I took it apart.
All the serial numbers matched, including the trigger guard and stock. I checked for refurb marks, but i couldn't find any.

No I just found it at the local gun shop. I'm pretty sure it came in as part of the IZH shipment that frontier just shipped out. It was the best by far of the 4 remaining rifles at the store.
 
What's the significance of the "Golden-bayo"? I have one on one of my SKSs. I sorta wanna sand it off... but I won't cause I know it's special.
