yet another West Coast M14 clinic....... January 25th

hey folks, a few weeks to go :D

just a heads up, for all those on the list, final details will be sent by P.M. between christmas and new years.

Have a merry christmas and see ya all in the new year

everyone on the list on the first page should expect a pm. tomorrow with details and directions for the clinic.
As everyone is aware, snow is a huge issue and it is affecting parking at my place. There is no parking on the street so if anyone can organize a carpool from willobrook mall or a similar public parking area...... please post here.

everyone who did not make the list, there will be february, march and april clinics, I am actively seeking someone to volunteer to try and accomodate the west coast m14 support group for some dedicated range time, 3 hours in the evening, once per month, on a "user pay" system. This would be an M14S and M1 garand /M1 carbine event only. So.... if anyone has solid range connections....... please see what you can do.

february clinic will not be announced for a week or so. People currently on the waiting list will have first crack at Feb. PLEASE DO NOT P>M> me now about february.... wait till it is announced.

happy new year

sorry guys, been poundin 12 hour days at work.
I've messaged the details to all the folks for the 18th ......
everyone from the list in the first post will receive a p.m. from me this evening with all pertinent details.
If I have confirmed your attendance but your name is not on the list, please p.m. me so i don't forget about you.

everyone else, February's clinic date will be announced in a couple weeks, please save your p.m.'s till the date is announced.

Just a few days to go for the january 25th clinic.
If anyone needs to cancel please p.m. me

If you can offer carpooling please post below.
see ya all sunday ;)

HEY! Just checked out the Sudbury clinic. How come they get a classroom in Ontario? Those damn Easterners always having to put on airs and show off. When do we get our government classroom grant?

Well.... I've tried to solicit space at a local range club house but nothing has ever come of it........ nobody loves us hehehehe

so my house will do :D

ha ha ha Powmia56.... :D

Yup, I'm lucky to have M14 lovers who step up and then throw down when it comes to booking the gun clubhouse/classroom so that we can share the M14 love. :ninja:

That's one good thing about living here in Bantario...

well, another succesful event has now wrapped up , thanx to all the guys who came out to tinker thier m14's into shape. Big thanx to Doc911 , powmia56 and lazerus2000 ... you guys rock.

I'll post some pics of some of the hardware present. There were several tricked out rigs here today.... more customs than stock ones. Good to see everyone taking thier own "journey's" and having fun with thier rifles.

I had a tonne of fun today..... thanx guys ;)

No thank you for having us over!

It was a real pleasure. It was a little disheartening to see how far my rifle was out of spec.

I learned a fair amount and had a great time! Thanks again!

I was hoping to get back out for this one as well but just got too tied up...incidentally did you know that the Canada France Hawaii telescope has made significant gains on our understanding of 7Lithium in the atmosphere of delayed heat loss stars in globular clusters as far away as 100 megaparsecs?

Never mind, I have been drinking and trying to learn about astrophysics...and it's late and I'm pretty buzzed on the Jaegermeister.

Well, guess I'll sign off now and edit this post tomorrow

here's a few pics i snapped today..... some impressive rifles on show for this clinic... all that you see is from less than a dozen guys hehehe.
enjoy :D

Well did you know that the Millenium Falcon once did the Kessel Run in under twelve parsecs?
