Can anyone give me some locations of Walmarts that sell ammo in Ontario?

Jane & HWY 7 - the only one I've found. If you want more variety (they've only got .303 British, 20 gauge and .22 Fed bulk), go a little farther to the Bass Pro.

Thanks! Didn't know that Walmart sold ammo. So is it just the .22 Fed bulk there or do they sell the 333 like they do at the north Oshawa Walmart?

I've only seen the 525-packs...but then, that's for the only one of the 3 local Wal-Marts I've been to (that have sold ammo)...

The walmart in Orangeville ont sells ammunition. Not a huge selection, but the most popular calibers in 22lr, 30-06, etc. I haven't been there in a couple of months now, but I used to visit them regularly for and few years and the ammo cabinet was always stocked.

Slightly off topic but thought you'd get a kick out of this. The Walmart in West Edmonton has a fully stocked ammo cabinet, but they lost the key to the cabinet last fall and no one seemed interested in calling a locksmith to get it open. So for months I kept stopping by and kept getting the same excuse from the 14-year-olds behind the counter: "we can't open the cabinet because someone lost the key." Eventually it wasn't funny anymore so I haven't been back since.

The Walmart in Pembroke also has the limited vaiety on their cabinet as well. 22, 30-06, 308, 12 guage, etc...

The price for .22 is amazing. A box of 333 copperplated hollow points is 9.95. That's 666 rounds for under 20 bucks! 500 dynapoints are 17 bucks and change. They sell those Winchester shotgun ammo value packs at a good price. Never tried those.

The Wal Mart in Airdrie here had me wait around for 30 minutes once while they tried to find the person that had the only key to theirs.
Finally, a manager comes to me, apologizes and offers me a $10 gift card for keeping me waiting! Awesome!
Needless to say, they always have the key since.

Belleville has a small quantity of the hunting type ammo. They also had the Win 333 packs of .22 for $9.95.

You can also try LeBaron. They occasionally have cheap(er) 22's available.
